For this on-line training, we will discuss the importance of recognizing the rights of the individuals we serve and utilizing person centered care techniques that will reduce the liklihood of a crisis occuring. Presenters will include: Beth Freeman, Adult Protective Services Manager, Dane County Human Services, Nancy Studt, Long Term Care Ombudsman with the Board on Aging and Long Term Care, Tanya Sutton, Director of Operations, Senior Helpers, and Marion Chapin, Owner, Dementia Care Positive Solutions and Certified Trainer.
