Minds in Motion - Fitchburg

About: This program is presented by the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Dane County, the Wisconsin Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center, and the Fitchburg Senior Center

It will be held at the Fitchburg Senior Center (5510 Lacy Rd, Fitchburg, WI 53711) the 3rd Tuesday of every month from 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.

What to know/bring: This program may be a good fit if you are experiencing changes in memory and thinking but still enjoy participating in light physical activity and exercise, conversation, and light reading and writing activities with some assistance.
