New Year Women's Wellness

Join the Friends of Schumacher Farm for a peaceful evening! This special workshop for women begins with relaxing restorative yoga in the candlelight. Then, we'll set intentions for the new year and enjoy a soothing cup of herbal tea. Spots are limited, registration required. Restorative yoga includes a variety of supported seated and reclined body positions. No yoga experience is necessary! Please bring your own yoga mat; a pillow and small blanket is also recommended but not required. Sunday, January 5th 6 - 7:30 pm in the Center for Rural History $25 per person
