Fire Destroys Shed in the Town of Christiana

Madison, WI. March 31, 2010 – At approximately 3:52 a.m., Dane County Sheriff’s Deputies along with Cambridge Fire Department and EMS, responded to 1130 Evergreen Rd, in the Town of Christiana, for a structure fire. A neighbor called the Communications Center when he saw flames emitting from the large shed on the property. Inside the shed were several vehicles and small engine machines.

The first arriving deputy reported the shed was fully engulfed in flames. The shed, and property inside, are considered a total loss. No one was injured and no other structures on the property were damaged as a result of the fire. A damage estimate is unavailable at this time.

The fire remains under investigation.
