Bradley S. Livingston, AAE, the director of the Dane County Regional Airport, has just been informed that American Eagle Airline will add a third daily, non-stop flight from Madison to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) on February 10.

“Business and leisure travelers have told us that non-stop flights to DFW help link them to popular destinations in Texas, and are also a vital link to the Southwestern and Western United States,” Livingston said.  “We are pleased that the Dane County Regional Airport can now provide them with another opportunity to get there.”

The new flight to DFW will depart the Dane County Regional Airport (MSN) at 11:15 AM and will arrive at 1:50 PM. The return flight will depart DFW at 2:05 PM and arrive in Madison at 4:20 PM.  The current flights to DFW from MSN are at 6:30 AM and 4:45 PM.

Dane County Executive Kathleen Falk said that she is also delighted by the news of this additional flight to Dallas-Fort Worth.

“Today’s air traveler is focused on value, and convenience is part of that mix,” Falk said.  “Giving our customers a third option to this popular destination allows them to make travel decisions based on what is best for their schedules and travel plans.”

American Eagle will use the 50 seat, ERJ 145 aircraft for this new flight, as it does for its current flights from Madison to Dallas-Fort Worth.
